For your car to be repaired, it needs to undergo a damage inspection. During the damage inspection, we will determine what needs to be repaired and estimate what spare parts are needed, as well as the duration and cost of the work. After the inspection, we will send the information about the damage to the insurance company for repair approval. If you pay for the repair yourself, we will provide you with an estimate of the cost of the work.

Yes. It doesn’t matter with which company you have your insurance. Autoklinikka is an authorised repair shop partner for all the insurance companies.

To cover the damage, the insurance company needs to know what happened and when. This notification is called an insurance claim. You can often file a claim on your insurance company’s website or by calling your insurance company. If you have not yet filed a claim, we can help you if necessary.

Yes. When making an appointment, let us know if you need a courtesy car for the duration of the repair. We will arrange a courtesy car at a low cost through our car rental partners, and will make sure that a courtesy car is waiting for you when you bring your car in for repair. Yes. When you choose to pay in instalments, you will always get at least 30 days of interest-free payment time, and you can decide the appropriate payment period. Instalment invoices are sent to you once a month. You can also pay the full instalment amount with your first payment, in which case the total additional cost is just €2.90. Yes. Autoklinikka handles all windscreen repairs with professional expertise. We repair windscreen stone chips in under 30 minutes, and full windscreen replacements are completed within a day. You can book an appointment for a windscreen repair or replacement online. If you are paying for the repair yourself, we will provide a quote for the work.

If your insurance policy includes windscreen insurance, stone chip repairs are free of charge, and for a windscreen replacement, you will only pay the excess. We will also submit all the necessary information to your insurance company. Read more about windscreen repairs.

Collision repairs

Before we can provide a cost estimate for larger repair work, we first need to determine what needs to be repaired. This is done during a free damage inspection. Windshield repair costs

If your insurance includes glass coverage, repairing a stone chip in your windshield is completely free of charge, as your insurance company covers the repair costs in full. We also take care of the billing directly with your insurance company, so the visit will not cost you anything. Repairing a stone chip does not affect your insurance bonus.

Windshield Replacement Costs

If your insurance includes glass coverage, you only pay the deductible defined in your insurance policy, usually between 100 and 250 euros depending on the insurance company. Book an appointment for windshield replacement online.

If you are paying for the replacement yourself, the cost ranges approximately from 200 to 1,300 euros, depending on your car’s windshield model and any additional technology integrated into the glass. You can request an exact price by submitting a price inquiry here.

Minor dents (PDR)

The paintless dent repair (PDR) method allows repairing minor dents where the paint surface is still intact. It is particularly suitable for minor dents caused in parking areas. Dent removal using the PDR technique is more affordable than traditional body repair, as no painting or spare parts are required.

Car Painting

Before we can provide a cost estimate for painting related to collision or body damage, we first need to assess the scope of the work. This is done during a free damage inspection.

Courtesy Cars

If your insurance includes courtesy car coverage, the rental will be free of charge for you. If you are paying for the rental yourself, we can arrange an affordable replacement vehicle through our rental partners. See our courtesy car price list here.

We will notify you by text message or phone call when your car repair is completed and your vehicle is ready for pickup. Any deductible related to collision or windshield repair will be charged at the time of pickup.

If you are unable to collect your car during our opening hours, you can also use our 24/7 key pickup and drop-off machine available at our busiest locations.
