Car collision repair: Payment methods and prices
Here you will find more information about Autoklinikka’s payment options and pricing for collision repairs. Payment by instalments is also available.
Payment options
We recommend card payment, but you can also pay in cash. We accept debit cards from all banks and credit cards issued by the bank (Mastercard and Visa). Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express and Diners Club credit cards.
We don’t offer invoice payment for private customers, but instalment options are available for added flexibility. For more information about invoicing, please contact us by email at laskutus@autoklinikka.fi.
At Autoklinikka repair shops, you can pay your excess or repair costs flexibly. When you choose to pay in instalments, you will always get at least 30 days of interest-free payment time, and you can decide the appropriate payment period. Instalment invoices are sent to you once a month. You can also pay the full instalment amount with your first payment, in which case the total additional cost is just €2.90.
Payment by instalments is available at all Autoklinikka damage repair shops.
Applying for a credit decision
Instalment plans are set up at the Autoklinikka repair shop. The salesperson will apply for a credit decision on your behalf. Once you accept the purchase and the payment method, you’ll receive a link to the online portal – by SMS or email, depending on your preference – where you can approve the account terms. To accept the account terms, you’ll need to verify your identity with your online banking credentials, for example. Once you have accepted the account terms, your purchases will be transferred to your instalment account.
Instalment account and costs
An instalment account (credit facility) will be opened for you. The minimum monthly repayment is 5% of your outstanding balance, with a minimum of €10 per month. You may choose to pay more than the minimum instalment or repay the full credit amount at once, with no additional fees.
If you already have an active instalment account, your new purchases will be consolidated under the same account, and you’ll receive a single monthly invoice covering all your purchases.
Instalment account opening fee: €0.00
Instalment account management fee: €2.90
Annual interest rate on an instalment account: 15% + the reference rate in accordance the Interest Act (633/1982), reviewed twice a year, but not more than 20%.

Vahinkotarkastus
A damage inspection at Autoklinikka is always free of charge and does not obligate you to proceed with repairs. You can visit us for a damage inspection without an appointment, or you can book an appointment online in advance. You can also complete the damage inspection by sending us photos of the damage to your car.
Collision repairs
To provide a cost estimate for major repairs, we first need to assess what needs fixing. We will do this during a free damage inspection. During the inspection, we will assess the extent of the damage, any required spare parts and other factors affecting the cost of the repair.

Windscreen repair cost
If your insurance policy includes windscreen insurance, stone chip repairs are provided at no cost to you, as the full expense is covered by your insurance company. We’ll also handle the billing directly with your insurance company, so your visit won’t cost you anything. Windscreen repairs have no impact on your no-claims insurance bonus.
Windscreen replacement cost
If your insurance policy includes windscreen insurance, you will only pay for the replacement of your windscreen up to your policy excess, which is around €100–250, depending on the insurance company.
If you are paying for the windscreen replacement yourself, costs typically range from just over €200 to €1,300. The cost of a new windscreen depends on your car’s glass type and any built-in technology.
Minor dents and dings (PDR)
The paintless dent repair (PDR) method is used to fix minor dents and dings where the paint surface remains intact. The method is ideal for repairing small dents typically caused in car parks, for example. Paintless dent repair is more cost-effective than traditional bodywork, as it requires no paint or spare parts.
You may visit us to show us the dent whenever it suits you. No appointment needed. Find our nearest workshop.
