Photos needed

  • Take a photo of the front of the car from around three metres away. The photo should show your car’s registration number.
  • Photograph all visible damage from one metre away – front-on and diagonally from both sides.
  • Check to ensure that the photos clearly show the damaged area.
  • You can take more than one photo if necessary.

  • The damaged area should be clean.
  • Ensure adequate lighting.
  • Photograph each damaged area separately.
  • Take several photos if necessary.

  • Go to www.autoklinikka.fi/digital-inspection.
  • Mark the damaged parts of your car in the window that appears.
  • Upload the photos you have taken.
  • Highlight the damaged areas in each photo using a frame.
  • Fill in your contact details.
